When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in times: 12:00pm-4:00pm*
Check-out time: 11:00am**

*Early Arrival: If you are arriving after hours, please make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance to arrive before 9:00 pm. Anyone that arrives after 9:00 pm will be unable to enter the RV park and will be charged an additional fee for that night.

**Early Departure: If you leave with or without notice BEFORE your checkout date, you are responsible for your full terms rate and it will be deducted from any deposit or prepaid amount. Failure to vacate by the checkout date set forth in this agreement is ground for trespass or eviction action and additional occupancy will be charged at $100 per hour until the site is vacated.
Do you have to pay an application fee?
A $35 applications fee is required, unless the occupant's stay is less than one month.
What are the minimum stay requirements?
Seasonal- seasonal stays are for the full season only.
Monthly- 30-day minimum requirement
Weekly- 7-day minimum requirement
Daily- 3-night minimum requirement for prime summer weekends. 3-night or more minimum stay for holiday weekends. No minimum requirements for Sunday-Thursday nights (unless it's a holiday).
How do utilities work?
Seasonal- any utility usage is to be paid by the occupant to the campground on a monthly basis.
Monthly- any utility usage is to be paid by the occupant along with monthly.

Are there additional add-ons?
Parking: 2 cars per campsite ($20 per week/daily stay only)
Camping Shelter/Tent: rates per tent/shelter are as follows $1,000 per season, $200 per month, $50 per week or $20 per day.
Storage Lot: rates per item/vehicle are as follows $30 per month, $200 per winter season from Oct-April for RV's
Pets: rates per pet are as follows $300 per season, $50 per month, $25 per week, $10 per day
Boat Slip: rates per boat are as follows $475 per season, $200 per month, $100 per week, $20 per day
When are payments due?
Seasonal- half of payment due at signing, half of payment due on or before January.
Monthly- first payment due at signing. If stay begins on a date other than the 1st, the first month’s rate will be adjusted accordingly. Payment due on the 1st of each month thereafter.
Weekly- payment due at signing and every 7th day thereafter
Daily- all payments are due at signing and must be paid through departure

Late Fee: 8% late fee if balance is not paid when due.
